Helping You Make History

Timbrell Cockburn Cunha© continues over a century of tradition and craftsmanship through our owner, Trisha Cockburn da Cunha, a fourth generation bespoke tailor, the descendant of Arthur George Timbrell, a master tailor born in the late 19th century, residing in Arnside, (England) UK.

Timbrell Cockburn Cunha© will continue to carry on his quality, skill and attention to detail, offering both modern and historical bespoke clothing, millinery, book binding and historical items of all varieties, inclusive of reproduction and authentic 17th, 18th and 19th century goods.

As part of one of Canada's premier living history organisations, Trisha da Cunha has spent decades researching and reproducing historical items with the greatest levels of attention to detail, carried over into her modern clothing. Having previously studied and graduated with honours from George Brown College in the Fashion Technique and Design program, as well as York University,  she then continued with her studies and family traditions through an apprenticeship as a bespoke tailor in the city of Manchester, UK.

When you purchase from Timbrell Cockburn Cunha©, you not only purchase bespoke quality, but the traditions and history that accompany it. Follow us for more information as we continue to grow and post our offerings and share our information/tutorials.
